A respected value-based care clinic in Boston, MA, is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant to join its family medicine team and care for pediatric through geriatric patients. Position Highlights

• Outpatient-only practice
• Mix of wellness visits, preventive care, and same-day sick visits
• Average patient volume of 16-18 patients per day
• Full-time schedule, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
• 32 hours of patient care and 8 hours of administrative time weekly
• Flexibility to complete administrative time remotely
• Positive team culture with a focus on provider satisfaction and quality patient outcomes

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $145,400 - $154,500 annually

Qualifications

• NCCPA Certification
• Active Massachusetts Physician Assistant license or ability to obtain
• Minimum of:
  • Two (2) years of primary care experience, or
  • One (1) year of urgent care experience plus one (1) year of primary care experience
