Job Summary and Responsibilities Job Summary: Provide medical services and contribute to the design and delivery of high quality, cost effective, values- based patient care for our patients Essential Functions: ASSESSMENT Obtain a comprehensive general health history. Provides Family Medicine to include medical services within the scope of licensure, credentialing and current standard of care that may impact health care and health outcomes. Screen for health risks and health promotion needs.
