Access to primary care, lab, imaging, and rehabilitation services onsite. Requirements: Medical degree from the U.S. or foreign equivalent. Board eligible or board-certified in Family Medicine. Completion of an ACGME-approved residency program. Eligibility for an unrestricted medical license and Controlled Substance License in Michigan.
