Exceptional interpersonal skills to develop strong ties with the community. Schedule: Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. ??? 5:00 p.m., providing a consistent and balanced schedule. Call Responsibilities: Weekday call rotation: 1 in 7, ensuring comprehensive coverage and support. Weekend call rotation: 1 in 14, promoting a reasonable on-call commitment. Average Outpatient Volume: Manage a manageable outpatient volume of 20-25 patients per day, allowing for personalized and thorough patient care. Specialty Focus: No inpatient work or OB responsibilities, providing a focused outpatient care environment. Common Diagnoses: Diabetes. Hypertension. COPD. Wellness visits, emphasizing a holistic approach to patient well-being. On-site Facilities: Lab Services: Access onsite lab facilities for efficient diagnostic services.
