Opportunity Details The physician will come into a busy practice. The group can't handle patient demand and is turning patients down. Work in a small-group setting. New providers can easily ramp up to seeing 20 patients per day. Starting base salary ($225K to $265K range), lucrative productivity incentive, signing bonus, and comprehensive benefits package are offered. Group owns an accountable care organization and is recognized each year for being a top-quality provider. Shareholder status after 2 years. The median income for a shareholder is in the $800K range.
