Daily Patient Volume: 19-20 during an 8hr shift Additional Providers/Support Staff: General Support EMR System(s): AthenOne Lic/Certs: Active CA Lic | BLS BC/BE: BC in Family Med. Credentialing Timeframe: Estimated 2-3 weeks Start Date: ASAP. Duration:3 months Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:30 -5:30p. Housing/Travel: All inclusive Pay Structure: Bid Notes: Vaccination Requirement: Preferred - will consider waivers. Required exp: Family Medicine. Must see all ages, to include Peds
