Description
The Family Medicine Physician at Everguide Health serves as the clinical lead of a dedicated care pod, delivering high-accountability, relationship-based primary care to a small, intentional panel across the lifespan. This physician is responsible for comprehensive diagnostic evaluation and longitudinal management of acute and chronic conditions, using labs, imaging, and evidence-based screening to identify risk early and guide clear clinical decisions.
They provide mobile, and virtual care as appropriate, ensuring access without sacrificing rigor. As the clinical anchor, they coordinate specialty care, close diagnostic loops, and maintain continuity across the healthcare system. In partnership with a registered nurse and care coordinator, they drive proactive care plans, monitor measurable outcomes, and adjust interventions over time. This role requires sound clinical judgment, comfort with complexity, and a commitment to practicing disciplined, data-informed medicine within a high-touch model.
Requirements
- MD or DO; board-certified in Family Medicine
- Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing as a licensed physician
- Texas medical license (or ability to obtain)
- Comfort with mobile and non-traditional care settings
- Has a proven track record of delivering extraordinary patient care and service
- Excellent ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
- Intellectual humility and the ability to communicate compassionately
