Hours: Full-time
Shift: Day – weekend, holiday, on-call assigned on a rotation.
Location: Swansea, MA

Southcoast Health is seeking highly skilled and compassionate Primary Care Physicians to join our esteemed multidisciplinary group. The Primary Care practice in Swansea, MA consists of 8 physicians and 5 advanced practice practitioners.
- High volume, quality focused and established practice with inclusion of Population Health manager, Pharmacy, dedicated Practice Manager, EMR support and more.
- Advanced Practice Provider support and very reasonable call requirements
- Salary with Productivity & Performance Based Incentives
- Sign-on Bonus – $60,000
- Retention Bonus – $20,000 X 4 years
- Comprehensive benefits package including: 4-5 weeks’ vacation plus a week of CME and 6% match on retirement after 2 years
- Malpractice coverage of $2M / $6M
- Not for profit, under-served community site brings opportunities for loan forgiveness
- Continuing medical education (CME) allowance and paid time off
- Medical degree from an accredited institution
- Board certification/eligibility required in Family or Internal Medicine with completion of a US residency
- Current state medical license and DEA registration
- Demonstrated clinical excellence, patient satisfaction, and effective communication skills
- Please note, we are unable to support J-1 Waivers for Primary Care positions.
