Small Animal Associate Veterinarian
Animal Wellness Center of Monee – Monee, IL (30 miles south of Chicago)
Animal Wellness Center of Monee is an AAHA-accredited, privately owned small animal practice located in a growing, family-oriented community just south of Chicago. We are proud to be known as the local “family doctor” for pets and have built a loyal client base that truly values veterinary care and professional expertise.
We are seeking an experienced small animal associate who wants to practice high-quality medicine while maintaining a healthy work–life balance.

Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: $100,000–$140,000, based on experience, skill set, and hours worked (negotiable)
Future buy-in potential
35–40 hour work week with a flexible schedule
$1,500 CE allowance + 3 paid CE days annually
Paid state and DEA licensing
120 hours of PTO per year

What We’re Looking For
Minimum 2 years of small animal medical and surgical experience
