Job description:

• RPN needed for Family physician's office
• 2 days/week, Thursday and Friday (not negotiable), occasional Saturday and/or occasional evening shift

Job Type:

       Part-time, Permanent

Mandatory Qualification:

MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 2 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE WORKING IN A FAMILY PHYSICIAN'S OFFICE, IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION.

• Registered and in good standing with CNO and RNAO/RPNAO.
• Venipuncture/Phlebotomy certification/experience.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Triaging patients for medical appointments ie. Annual Health Exams, Diabetic Follow-up Major Pre-natal Care and Well Baby/child Care.
• Administer vaccinations, take measurements, record patient medical history and assist doctor with minor procedures.
• Collecting blood and tissue samples and communicating results with patients.

Pay: $25.00 - $31.00 per hour, pay based on experience.

Licence/Certification:

• RPN License (required)
