This Family Medicine Physician role is located in Napa at a community-focused outpatient health center known for its strong commitment to continuity of care, access, and long-term patient relationships. The clinic serves a diverse population and operates with a smaller, close-knit care team, allowing physicians to build meaningful rapport with patients while practicing high-quality, relationship-based medicine. The clinical model emphasizes thoughtful visit pacing, integrated behavioral health support, and shared responsibility across the care team to reduce administrative burden on providers.

Compensation & Benefits Include:
