*Your Day-to-Day*
• Deliver comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages
• Diagnose, treat, and manage chronic & acute conditions
• Educate families on prevention, wellness, and disease management
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation
• Collaborate across Allied's network of 150+ clinicians to optimize care
*What We're Looking For*
• NYS Physician License & Board Certified (BC) in Family Medicine
• Current DEA Registration
• BLS/ACLS/PALS certification (a plus)
• Minimum 2 years' experience — this is a *solo practice role*
• Proficiency in EMR systems (AthenaOne preferred)
• Strong clinical skills and comfort practicing independently
