Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and patient-centered Family Physician to join a well-established primary care practice in Fitchburg, Massachusetts. This role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive, high-quality care to patients of all ages in a supportive, team-oriented environment. The ideal candidate is committed to preventive care, chronic disease management, and long-term patient relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive primary care services to pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients

Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions

Perform routine physical examinations, preventive screenings, and wellness visits

Develop and manage individualized treatment plans

Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare professionals as needed

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR)

Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention

Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives

Schedule & Work Environment

Monday–Friday schedule (no or minimal weekends, depending on practice)

Outpatient-focused practice

Support from experienced clinical and administrative staff

Qualifications

MD or DO from an accredited medical school

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine

Eligible for or currently holding a Massachusetts medical license

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care
